IT User Account Consultant

Our IT Division, empowers businesses by providing comprehensive IT support, cybersecurity solutions, cloud management, and network optimization. We act as your dedicated IT team, ensuring seamless operations, data protection, and technological innovation.

User Account Consultants play a crucial part in empowering our clients by seamlessly integrating new users into their digital workflows. You will focus on configuring and managing accounts across both profile and application environments to enhance user productivity and ensure a secure, efficient onboarding and offboarding experience.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Set up, configure, and eventually offboard user accounts, ensuring full functionality within both profile and application environments.
• Proactively engage with requestors throughout the setup process to provide updates and ensure all account requirements are met.
• Follow customer-aligned security protocols and workflows to maintain the integrity of account access and data.
• Maintain a consistent ability to accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation components for every account action.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience with account/profile systems such as Active Directory and Azure/o365 as well as email account management
• Knowledge of account interaction with standard, popular use applications
• Knowledge of account settings/permission interactions. Example: Groups in AD or email
• Knowledge of Apple User Device Operating Systems and account management is a plus!
