DIGITAL BUSINESS ANALYST

Are you a data-driven, analytical, and commercially aware professional with a passion for digital business performance and e-commerce optimisation? We are seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join our growing confectionery business to support the analysis and improvement of our Amazon marketplace operations, digital sales performance, and business processes.

The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing sales data, identifying trends, improving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic business decisions across our digital retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyse Amazon marketplace sales data, customer trends, product performance, and operational metrics to support business growth and profitability.

· Monitor and evaluate digital business performance, preparing reports and dashboards with actionable recommendations.

· Assess business processes, workflows, and operational procedures to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction.

· Support inventory forecasting, stock management analysis, and supply chain reporting to assist with product availability and fulfilment planning.

· Conduct pricing, competitor, and market trend analysis to support commercial decision-making.

· Collaborate with management and operational teams to improve reporting systems and business intelligence processes.

· Produce regular analytical reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for senior management.

· Support digital marketing and Amazon advertising performance analysis, including reviewing campaign effectiveness and customer engagement metrics.

· Assist in the implementation and monitoring of digital business initiatives and operational improvement projects.

· Maintain accurate business records, reporting documentation, and performance data.

Do you have experience in Data analysis skills?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, · Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analysis, business analysis, e-commerce analysis, or a related analytical role.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business and sales data.

· Experience working with Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and business intelligence systems.

· Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online retail operations, or Amazon marketplace operations would be advantageous.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced business environment.

· Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
