Job description

  • Provide coverage for all calls and emails received by help desk

  • Troubleshoot computer issues* Resolve network, PC, and related hardware issues including necessary updates and replacements
  • Maintain inventory of equipment via asset management system
  • Install equipment, hardware, and updates as needed

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field is REQUIRED!
  • Prior experience in IT or help desk roles may be accepted in lieu of education
  • MUST have hands-on experience working with computer hardware and equipment

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills* Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows Operating System
