Technical Leader - Wind Simulation

Design and execute advanced vehicle testing procedures to validate hybrid and thermal engine performance. Analyze test data and deliver clear, actionable insights to engineering teams. Develop software tools to automate testing and accelerate result delivery. Participate in functional vehicle tests, contributing directly to innovation in mobility. Support the technical definition and commissioning of new testing systems. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by implementing new methodologies and enhancing testing processes.

A proven track record in developing vehicle test procedures and analyzing data from functional tests. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Automation, Electrical or similar); a Master’s degree is valued. Excellent skills in software testing and using tools like Matlab, Simulink, and CAN communication systems. Strong competencies in test automation and data acquisition, with a collaborative and proactive approach. Knowledge of the automotive sector, HORSE Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; French will be valued.
