Service Delivery Manager SAP AMS (Finance)

• Lead the design, build, test and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling solutions, ensuring alignment with SAP Best Practices and business requirements
• Act as the main interface between Business Process Owners, System Integrator and internal teams, translating business needs into functional and technical solutions
• Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops, system configuration, WRICEF validation, data migration, interfaces and end-to-end testing activities
• Support cutover, go-live and post-go-live stabilization, ensuring a smooth transition to application maintenance and Centre of Excellence operations

• A proven track record of leading global SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling implementations and delivering end-to-end project phases from design to go-live
• A proven track record of acting as Finance & Controlling subject matter expert in complex, multi-country and multi-stakeholder environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business and IT teams
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling clear recommendations and solution design
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, coupled with a hands-on and delivery-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and Finance & Controlling processes, with the ability to support Horse Powertrain’s transformation ambitions
• Excellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of Spanish would be an advantage
