Job description

  • Betreuung und Administration der IT-Infrastruktur
  • Annahme von IT-Störungsanfragen sowie Fehlerbehebung
  • Ansprechpartner für alle IT-relevanten Fragestellungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Hardware, Betriebssystemen und Anwendungssoftware
  • Ausbau und Pflege des vorhandenen Netzwerkes
  • 1st und 2nd Level Support

Requirements

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration, vergleichbare Qualifikation oder Studium im Bereich der Informatik
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der aktuellen Microsofttechnologien und den Windows Server Betriebssystemen
  • Interesse und Verständnis für sämtliche Unternehmensprozesse, welche IT-systemisch abgebildet werden
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Administration von Netzwerken sowie fundierte Systemkenntnisse Netzwerktechnik (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
  • Eigenverantwortliche und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität sowie eine strukturierte und analytische Vorgehensweise
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
