Job description

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer with a strong background in Angular to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Fluid user interface, ensuring excellent usability, performance, and scalability. Your work will directly interface with our microservice-based backend and help manage key features such as translation management, state management, and feature toggles.

Specifically you will work on:

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain our Angular-based frontend application
  • Implement responsive and accessible UI components
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers working on Spring Boot microservices
  • Integrate with 3rd party systems and APIs
  • Work with product and design teams to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience
  • Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)
  • Optimize performance and scalability of the frontend application, * Be part of a young, ambitious team shaping the future of IP software

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Angular (TypeScript, RxJS, Ngxs or other state management frameworks)
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind and responsive design
  • Experience in integrating with REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows
  • Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI/CD tools
  • Good understanding of frontend performance optimization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience with internationalization (i18n) and translation management
  • Familiarity with feature toggle systems
  • Understanding of cloud-based environments
  • Knowledge of the IP or legal tech
