• You hold a degree in Business, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
• You have 1-2 years of experience in change, communication, or transformation support.
• You have strong written communication skills.
• You are structured and detail-oriented.
• You are comfortable working with different stakeholders.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
