Head of IT

The Head of IT will play a critical role in maturing the IT services for the business, and will report to the CEO and Board.

Experienced IT Manager or Head of IT

• Strong business acumen, with the ability to communicate and ‘bridge the gap’ between business and IT

• Previous experience in financial services, banking, payments, fintech or closely related sectors

• Excellent leadership skills to oversee a team of c.20 IT staff, including Helpdesk and DevOps

• Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to position IT as an internal service provider and enabler

£85k-£105k basic + excellent package, Basic salary £85k-105k
