Junior Software Engineer - AI Data Analytics

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Entry-Level IT Engineer to join our growing IT team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational background in software engineering and a keen interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. You will support the implementation, integration, and maintenance of AI-powered tools-such as Microsoft Copilot and other productivity-enhancing services-across our organization., * Assist in the deployment and configuration of AI services and software tools across departments.

• Support the IT team in maintaining system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring secure integration of AI tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and optimize AI tool usage.
• Monitor and document AI tool performance, user feedback, and system logs.
• Participate in training sessions and create user guides to help staff adopt new technologies.
• Stay current with emerging trends in AI, cloud services, and enterprise software.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0-2 years of experience in IT support, software development, or systems administration.
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI APIs) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and cloud-based services.
• Exposure to automation tools and workflow optimization.
