AI System Developer III

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced AI developer who enjoys building production-ready solutions with modern AI tools, enterprise integrations, and advanced microservices. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering impactful AI-enabled systems while helping shape reusable patterns within a growing Center of Excellence., * Design and build RAG solutions, including vector stores and retrieval tuning

• Develop multi-agent workflows and agentic call flows
• Support LLM fine-tuning and domain adaptation efforts
• Build and maintain AI services, APIs, and microservices
• Integrate AI tools with enterprise applications and workflows
• Apply AI security controls, including PII handling and output validation
• Contribute to CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow workflows
• Write tests, troubleshoot issues, and support production deployments
• Mentor junior developers through code review and technical guidance
• Create documentation, runbooks, and reusable technical assets

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant IT experience
• 4+ years of recent system development experience with AI/ML components
• 4+ years of development experience in modern software environments
• Strong proficiency in Python and common AI/ML frameworks
• Hands-on experience deploying LLMs in production environments
• Experience building RAG solutions and retrieval pipelines
• Experience with agentic or multi-agent systems
• Background in SQL and enterprise application development
• Experience with Microsoft .NET or similar web and microservices technologies
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with LangGraph, LangFlow, GraphRAG, or MCP
• Familiarity with Claude, Cursor, or similar AI development tools
• Experience with fine-tuning or instruction-tuning LLMs
• Knowledge of AI red teaming and adversarial testing
• Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Advanced vector database and hybrid search experience
• Containerization and orchestration experience at scale
• AI or ML certifications from recognized vendors
