Job description

This role involves managing and optimizing UKG Workforce Management systems in a complex healthcare environment, supporting staffing, compliance, and analytics., * Serve as the primary UKG system administrator, configuring pay rules, staffing models, and automation workflows.

  • Support advanced scheduling, clinical extensions, and mobile workforce functions.
  • Translate union agreements into system rules, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead integrations with HRIS, payroll, ERP, and clinical systems, troubleshooting interfaces and maintaining data integrity.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for leadership, focusing on labor costs, staffing, and productivity.
  • Support AI and automation tools to enhance workforce engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Manage document workflows, retention policies, and electronic records in compliance with privacy standards.
  • Provide technical support, incident resolution, vendor coordination, and participate in after-hours support.
  • Create documentation, training materials, and identify process improvements for system and workflow enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of UKG WFM administration in large enterprise healthcare settings.
  • Experience configuring pay, work rules, scheduling, and supporting unionized environments.
  • Technical skills in APIs, SQL, integrations, and enterprise identity management.
  • Knowledge of FLSA, California labor laws, healthcare staffing regulations, and union contract administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills., * Experience with county or public healthcare systems, UKG certifications, and project management.
  • Familiarity with UKG modules like People Assist, Bryte AI, Data Hub, and Analytics.
  • Support for enterprise application initiatives and workforce optimization projects.
