Requirements
- Bachelorās degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Location for this position is Anywhere in the USA. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
- At least 11 years of Information Technology experience
- In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to āU.S. personsā as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.
- Demonstrated experience with PeopleSoft Government contracting, Project Billing, Time and Labor functional experience.
- Experience in PeopleSoft Project Costing (PC), Project Billing (BI), and Contracts (CA)
- Experience in Government Contracting requirements, including Cost accumulation and allocation, Billing plans (rate-based, fixed-price, T&M, and Progress Payments), Revenue recognition
- Experience in Time & Labor (T&L) including Time reporting, rules engine, payable time, Integration with Project Costing and Payroll
- Understanding of grants/government compliance requirements
- Experience in issue resolution, root cause identification and analysis, recommend solution to complex issues.
- Good working knowledge of PeopleTools, SQL and other tools
- Experience gathering business requirements, proposing process improvements, stakeholder management, preparing Functional design and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and support processes
- Strong knowledge of business processes across finance domains
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and desire to work closely with customers.
- Participate in the on-call rotation to support production systems, including monitoring jobs, interfaces, and integrations, and ensuring timely response to incidents and outages.
- Experience in collaborative, cross-functional team environments, The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows: In CA / CO / D.C. / IL / MA / MD / MN / NJ / NY / VT / WA: $114,000 to $167,000, Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Infosys employee you are also eligible for the following benefits:
