Founding ML/AI Engineer

• Build and own AI/ML recommendation and ranking systems.
• Develop LLM-powered candidate-role matching capabilities.
• Translate product goals into production-ready solutions. Deliver end-to-end features with ownership and frequent production releases.
• Architect, build and maintain production-grade data pipelines and backend services.
• Collaborate closely with founders, product and engineering teams.

• Max 4 years of experience required
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals.
• Experience shipping end-to-end products in fast-paced startup environments.
• Production experience with Cursor, Supabase, Prisma, Typesense, Trigger.dev and LLM APIs.
• Strong TypeScript and React expertise.
• Experience building production AI/ML applications.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high ownership.
• Comfortable working in hacker-house environments across LATAM when required.
• Willing to work six days per week.
• Exceptional academic record, GitHub profile, open-source work or standout technical projects preferred.
