This transformation includes implementing cloud solutions, AI-driven automation, and build products with an agile approach. So where do you come into play?

They are hiring a Software Engineering Manager with various tasks aimed at leading an effective and productive software development team.

More details on the role and tasks:

· You lead a product development fullstack team that is heart of their most important product

· You lead agile transformation and transition phase focusing on adapting the newest technologies and clean code

· You design the roadmap and take charge of architectural decisions

· Resource optimization: Allocating resources effectively for seamless operations

· You craft and execute long-term technical visions.

· You collaborate closely with the CTO and other VPs

· Strong communication and collaboration skills with a product-focused mindset.

· Proven experience in technical project leadership.

· Demonstrated success in developing backend and frontend applications.

· Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

· Bonus: experience with Oracle, MongoDB, Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, TypeScript, or React.

· Fluency in German
