Network Administrator (Level 2)

We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to join our team that provides technology support for a wide range of managed SMB clients. Support is primarily remote, with occasional onsite visits. Responsibilities include tasks such as handling adds/moves/changes, new server implementations, LAN/WAN management, user remote access setup, software deployments, and system upgrades. This is an in-office position (not remote/call center). You’ll work with a small team of IT professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service., * Install, migrate, and support Windows domain-based networks and Active Directory.

• Deploy and manage LAN/Wi-Fi networks (VLANs, secure access, VPNs).
• Administer Office 365 and third-party email security tools.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain servers, PCs, and network equipment.
• Manage backups, review logs, and recommend network improvements.
• Support varied clients (professional services, non-profits, medical, hospitality).
• Occasionally assist with CCTV and VoIP telecom support.

Successful candidates must have proven experience providing on-site and remote network support for Microsoft Windows, domain-based networks, and must be proficient in Active Directory and working independently in a domain environment. You will be expected to be able to, performing new server installations and migrations of existing domain networks, proficiency supporting existing and deploying new LAN and wireless network infrastructure to include working with VLans, implementing secure wireless access for Lan devices, creating secure user remote access using both hardware and client-based VPN configurations. Also required is proficiency in deploying and managing Office 365 deployments and any associated 3rd party email filtering services.

Candidate must also be proficient at performing remote troubleshooting, repairing of Windows servers and workstation and other computer network equipment located in a domain setting as well as being able to identify and recommend preventative maintenance and network improvements that will benefit the various customer networks we manage. Candidate must be proficient at working with Data Backup devices, review system logs and assisting end users located at remote offices.

Successful candidate will work as part of a team that supports all of the technology needs for a wide range of businesses clientele including various types of professional and service businesses, Non-profits, medical and hospitality related businesses. Candidate will be required to work largely unsupervised. Candidate must have exceptional customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills and must be extremely detail oriented. Candidate must be detailed, well organized and strong at multi-tasking and prioritizing customer request to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.

This is Not an ENTRY LEVEL POSITION, novices, students and recent graduates will not be considered. Candidate must currently live and maintain residence in Martin or St. Lucie counties and will be required to pass a thorough background screening & pre-employment drug screening. The position is full time 40 hrs per week and compensation includes a full benefits package.
