Parts Inventory & Warehouse Specialist

• Inventory Management: Put away daily parts shipments accurately in their designated bins.
• Returns Processing: Manage and execute our monthly parts return process back to Toyota according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Cycle Counts: Perform regular inventory counts to ensure system accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, safe, organized, and free of debris.
• Team Support: Assist the parts team with general utility tasks and moving stock as needed.

Stevens Creek Toyota is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Parts Inventory & Warehouse Specialist to join our fast-paced parts department team. In this “utility” role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring our inventory is accurate, organized, and ready for our service technicians and customers.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (matching part numbers accurately).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy automotive parts (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-player attitude.
• Basic computer skills for inventory logging.
