SAP Public Cloud Senior Manager

As a Senior Manager, you will combine deep SAP expertise, business acumen, and strong leadership capabilities to act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. You will play a key role in defining transformation strategies, expanding customer relationships, and delivering successful SAP Cloud programmes., * Lead and manage large-scale SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation and transformation programmes.

• Act as a strategic advisor to customers, supporting C-level stakeholders in defining digital transformation strategies and business process optimisation.
• Own end-to-end engagement delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes, customer satisfaction, and successful project execution.
• Build and maintain strong executive-level customer relationships and identify opportunities for long-term collaboration.
• Lead, coach, and develop consulting teams, creating an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA Cloud practice development by contributing to methodologies, accelerators, and best practices.
• Support business growth through sales activities, including opportunity shaping, solution definition, proposal development, tenders, pricing strategies, and executive presentations.
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to expanding the SAP Cloud portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and commercial success.

• Completed university degree in business administration, economics, business engineering, information technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Extensive consulting experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition programmes.
• Strong functional expertise in one or more SAP S/4HANA Cloud areas, including Finance, Controlling, Logistics, Professional Services, or Project Management.
• Proven experience managing large SAP transformation programmes and leading consulting teams.
• Demonstrated success in customer engagement, solution selling, and business development activities.
• Strong understanding of SAP cloud technologies, integration approaches, and SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally based on customer requirements.
