Job description

Lead and develop SAP technology consulting teams
Drive SAP transformation programmes across RISE with SAP, S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, and AI-enabled solutions
Advise enterprise customers on SAP architecture, cloud strategy, and technology roadmaps
Support business development, pre-sales, and strategic customer engagements
Ensure delivery excellence, quality, and customer success
Build capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and recruitment
Promote innovation across SAP technologies including SAP BTP, SAP ABAP Cloud, SAP Fiori/UI5, RAP & CDS Views, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Joule and AI solutions

Requirements

Extensive SAP technology consulting or leadership experience
Proven track record managing SAP teams or transformation programmes
Strong expertise in S/4HANA, BTP, Fiori/UI5, ABAP Cloud, RAP, CDS Views, or Integration Suite
Experience with SAP cloud transformation and Clean Core principles
Commercial mindset with customer-facing and pre-sales experience
Passion for developing people and driving SAP innovation
Fluent German (C1+) and English
