Job description

  • Preparing remittances and enters daily SAP cash transactions, including bank deposits from lockbox, credit card payments, ACH payments and physical checks. Processes credit card payments and preauthorization’s as needed.
  • Pulls invoices and sends to customers
  • Processes reimbursements to customers regarding overpayments
  • Misc. data entry

Requirements

  • Intermediate Excel
  • SAP is preferred

Benefits & conditions

$25 - $26 an hour - Temporary
