Job description

Administer and support Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and virtual machine lifecycle.
Install, configure, patch, and maintain Windows servers.
Administer Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
Perform VMware provisioning, VM migration (vMotion), cloning, snapshots, and resource optimization.
Monitor system health, performance, capacity, and availability.
Perform server patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.
Manage storage, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
Troubleshoot Windows, VMware, networking, storage, and virtualization issues.
Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.

Requirements

7+ years of Windows Server Administration experience.
Strong experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS, and PowerShell.
Experience with VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion, and VM provisioning.
Experience with enterprise backup solutions such as Veeam, Commvault, or NetBackup.
Knowledge of SAN/NAS storage technologies.
Experience with server monitoring and performance tuning.
