Job description

  • Gestalte unsere HR-Landschaft digital, effizient und zukunftsorientiert mit SAP HCM/H4S4
  • Betreue & entwickle die Module PA, OM, PY, PT und sichere reibungslose HR-Prozesse
  • Analysiere Anforderungen aus HR, setze sie per Customizing um und optimiere bestehende Strukturen
  • Entwickle aktiv Workflows, Fiori-Apps, Automatisierungen & BI-Reports in spannenden HR-Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Sorge bei Releasewechseln, Tests & Qualitätssicherung für stabile, zukunftsfähige Systeme
  • Unterstütze HR-Teams als Sparringspartner von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung und koordiniere Schnittstellen & externe Partner

Requirements

  • Kenntnisse in SAP HCM Umfeld
  • Customizing in mindestens einem der Module PY und/oder PT
