Software Development Manager - AI GreenTech SaaS

My client, backed by a recent €200M investment, is dedicated to sustainable innovation with their AI Green Tech SaaS platform. They are now looking for either hands-on Tech leads as well as Team Leads to develop a cutting-edge product, transforming how businesses operate sustainably across 70+ countries.

You’ll have the chance to lead on key projects, build high-impact scalable systems, mentor and lead developers (5-7), and make a tangible impact in the growing green tech sector.

The Role:

• Technical Leadership: Lead by example, writing high-quality, scalable code and mentoring team members through code reviews and guidance
• Architectural Direction: Define best practices and make architectural decisions to ensure high-performance development
• Agile Facilitation: Drive agile processes by leading stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for efficient workflows
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
• Team Development: Mentor engineers, fostering professional growth and continuous learning
• Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends by researching and integrating technologies that enhance performance and scalability

• Proven experience in a Team Lead role
• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
• Bringing expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js by developing scalable, high-performance applications with modern full-stack technologies
• Strong communicator in English, with a mindset focused on supporting and empowering team members
