• Proven experience as a Systems or Business Analyst supporting enterprise platforms in regulated environments
• Familiarity working with Benefits, HR, Risk, Compliance, or vendor management organizations
• Deep understanding of system development lifecycles from planning through release
• Experience managing vendor-hosted or SaaS solutions and system integrations
