Chief Technology Officer

As our Founding CTO, you will work directly with the founder to define the company’s technology vision, architecture, engineering culture, product strategy, and long-term roadmap.

You will make critical architectural decisions, recruit and lead an exceptional engineering organization, evaluate technology partners, and build a secure, enterprise-grade platform capable of supporting millions of users., * Define the company’s long-term technology strategy

• Architect a secure, scalable enterprise platform
• Build and recruit a world-class engineering organization
• Establish engineering standards and development processes
• Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions
• Lead vendor selection and integration strategy
• Ensure platform security, reliability, and performance
• Partner closely on product vision and execution
• Support fundraising by communicating the company’s technology strategy to investors and strategic partners
• Help shape the long-term direction of the company as a member of the executive leadership team

This role requires equal parts technical leadership, strategic thinking, product intuition, and entrepreneurial mindset.
