Build world-class dashboards and developer tools with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind. Framer Motion expertise a plus. Engineering Remote full time Remote-eligible
About the role
Our front-end surface - yobitel.com, the customer portal, the admin console - has to feel as fast and considered as the systems behind it. You’ll own that bar.
You’ll own
- The Next.js + Tailwind v4 + shadcn/ui design system.
- Performance budgets: < 150 KB initial JS, < 50 KB per route chunk, LCP < 1.5s.
- A11y + WCAG 2.2 compliance - keyboard nav, contrast, screen-reader support.
Requirements
- Shipped a production Next.js App Router app at scale.
- Strong TypeScript (no any).
- An opinion on framer-motion vs. CSS animations.
