Material Handler (SAP EWM )

• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against shipping documentation.
• Inspect incoming goods for visible damage and document discrepancies.
• Process Goods Receipt transactions using SAP EWM.
• Store, organize, move, and retrieve inventory using SAP EWM.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock maintenance.
• Perform warehouse inventory activities and stock reconciliation.
• Pick and assemble customer deliveries accurately.
• Verify quantities and material numbers against delivery documentation.
• Package shipments according to shipping requirements and applicable regulations.
• Handle dangerous goods packaging when applicable.
• Process Goods Issue transactions in SAP EWM.
• Prepare and attach shipping documentation for outbound shipments.
• Perform internal material movements safely using appropriate material handling equipment.
• Support warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

• Minimum 3 years of practical warehouse experience or equivalent vocational training.
• Hands-on experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
• Experience with SAP SRP processes.
• Warehouse experience including:
• Shipping & Receiving
• Inventory Control
• Material Handling
• Goods Receipt
• Goods Issue
• Stock Maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and solve routine warehouse issues.
• Comfortable working with warehouse software and ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using SharePoint.
• Knowledge of warehouse inventory best practices.
