Full Stack Web Developer

For our locations in Buxtehude and / or Hannover we are looking for experienced developers (m/f/d) in the area of web development. You don’t have to be 100% proficient in all of the following technologies, but you should have solid knowledge in the areas of Java and web development. We help each other and you to learn the other technologies used.

Even more important to us than technical aptitude is personal aptitude. We maintain an open discussion culture where everyone can not only contribute new technologies, but also discuss improvements to existing problems or bugs. We focus on a good working atmosphere in which everyone works together to achieve the goals., * Further development of our Java-based web systems (Java, Hibernate, SQL) in the agile development process (Scrum).

• Participation in regular team meetings
• Supporting our project teams in the implementation of customer requests in the software and technical problem solving
• Sporadic participation also in customer meetings
• Creation of specifications, documentation of other technical documents

• You have at least initial or basic experience in web development with a Java-based web framework (e.g. JSF, Wicket, …) and some of the following technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, JUnit / Unit Testing, Hibernate & SQL.
• You are interested in a varied field of activity and convince with self-confident appearance
• You have excellent social and communication skills
• You have the ability to develop ideas based on your analyses, to implement them technically in the software and to present them
• You are willing to support customers in the context of kickoffs, training and other meetings if desired
• You are characterized by high ambition, willingness to learn, initiative and an independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
• You have good to very good knowledge of the English language (for our partly English-speaking customers and for IT communication)
