Job description

We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI company that’s transforming how enterprises adopt artificial intelligence. You’ll work directly with Fortune 500 organizations to solve real business challenges, design intelligent systems, and deploy AI solutions that deliver measurable impact.

If you enjoy building production-ready AI applications, working closely with customers, and seeing your work used by thousands-not just demonstrated in a proof of concept-this role is for you.

Why You’ll Love This Role

Own projects from idea to production.

Work directly with enterprise customers solving meaningful, high-impact problems.

Build modern AI applications powered by LLMs, agents, and automation.

Collaborate with a small team of exceptional engineers who move quickly and value ownership.

Solve new challenges every week instead of maintaining legacy systems.

Be rewarded for impact through performance-based bonuses.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI applications.
  • Partner with customers to understand complex business challenges.
  • Develop modern web applications and AI-powered workflows.
  • Build intelligent agents and automation that improve enterprise operations.
  • Own architecture decisions and technical delivery from concept through production.
  • Present technical solutions confidently to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Travel occasionally to collaborate with customers onsite.

We’re Looking For Engineers Who…

Requirements

Have 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Have built production web applications or AI-powered products.

Thrive in fast-paced environments with high ownership.

Enjoy working directly with customers and solving ambiguous problems.

Can take an idea from a whiteboard discussion to a production deployment.

Love building, learning, and shipping.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience building AI agents or LLM-powered applications.
  • Startup or founding engineer experience.
  • Experience with Python, TypeScript, React, or modern backend frameworks.
  • Experience with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, Claude, vector databases, or RAG.
  • Strong system design and architecture skills.

Benefits & conditions

You’ll become a trusted engineering partner, working side by side with enterprise customers to build AI products that are deployed, adopted, and relied upon in production. You’ll have significant autonomy, make meaningful technical decisions, and see the direct impact of your work.

If you’re looking for a place where ownership, speed, and technical excellence matter more than bureaucracy, you’ll feel right at home.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary (up to $180,000)
  • Performance-based quarterly bonuses
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Paid time off
  • Long-term and life insurance
  • Commuter benefits
  • High-growth career opportunities with a fast-scaling AI company

Company DescriptionScale next-gen AI media infra with YC-backed founders. Petabyte-scale impact, top-market pay, and direct architectural ownership
