Job description
The Informatics & Analytics Analyst is responsible for supporting Prism Health North Texas’ reporting, analytics, data validation, and operational reporting functions. This individual will work across clinical, financial, operational, pharmacy, quality, grants, and executive reporting initiatives to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability for organizational decision-making., * Develop, maintain, validate, and support reporting solutions across multiple business areas, including clinical, financial, operational, pharmacy, quality, grants, and executive leadership.
- Support and enhance Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
- Utilize Snowflake and SQL to perform data querying, analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain report inventories, documentation, and data lineage standards.
- Conduct data quality reviews, source-to-report reconciliations, and validation activities.
- Assist with KPI development and support Data Governance Committee initiatives.
- Manage recurring reporting processes and respond to ad hoc stakeholder reporting requests.
- Partner closely with Informatics, IT, HIM, Clinical Operations, Quality, Finance, Pharmacy, Revenue Cycle, Grants, and Executive teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business needs.
This is not an entry-level reporting position. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in healthcare analytics and reporting, with enough experience in SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, Excel, and data validation to contribute immediately while continuing to develop into more advanced healthcare informatics and analytics responsibilities.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Experience working with healthcare data and reporting environments (EMR).

- Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Experience supporting reporting, analytics, or informatics initiatives within a healthcare setting.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders and translating reporting requirements into actionable deliverables.
