Job description
- Develop program evaluation plans, logic models, KPIs, outcome measures, and performance dashboards.
- Administer and optimize Apricot by Bonterra, including forms, workflows, user support, data quality, and reporting.
- Analyze program performance using data analytics and business intelligence techniques.
- Create executive dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Lead Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives through audits, trend analysis, and performance reviews.
- Support accreditation, compliance, grant reporting, and organizational performance measurement.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for program improvement and operational efficiency.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve reporting, documentation, workflow efficiency, and analytics while ensuring responsible governance and data privacy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Program Evaluation, Public Administration, Business Analytics, Public Health, Human Services, MIS, Statistics, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in program evaluation, quality improvement, nonprofit analytics, healthcare analytics, education, behavioral health, or child welfare.
- Experience administering Apricot by Bonterra or another case management/youth information system.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI, Tableau, or other dashboard tools preferred.
- Experience with data visualization, KPI development, outcome measurement, research methods, and AI-assisted productivity tools.
- Strong communication, project management, collaboration, and analytical problem-solving skills.
