Job description

  • Develop program evaluation plans, logic models, KPIs, outcome measures, and performance dashboards.
  • Administer and optimize Apricot by Bonterra, including forms, workflows, user support, data quality, and reporting.
  • Analyze program performance using data analytics and business intelligence techniques.
  • Create executive dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Lead Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives through audits, trend analysis, and performance reviews.
  • Support accreditation, compliance, grant reporting, and organizational performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for program improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve reporting, documentation, workflow efficiency, and analytics while ensuring responsible governance and data privacy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Program Evaluation, Public Administration, Business Analytics, Public Health, Human Services, MIS, Statistics, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in program evaluation, quality improvement, nonprofit analytics, healthcare analytics, education, behavioral health, or child welfare.
  • Experience administering Apricot by Bonterra or another case management/youth information system.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI, Tableau, or other dashboard tools preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization, KPI development, outcome measurement, research methods, and AI-assisted productivity tools.
  • Strong communication, project management, collaboration, and analytical problem-solving skills.
