Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of financial modules within SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing). This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape enterprise financial solutions by leveraging deep expertise in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling), solution architecture, and system integration. The ideal candidate will drive innovative technical solutions, ensure system high availability, and optimize financial processes through strategic architecture design. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise solutions that support business growth and operational excellence., * Lead the end-to-end solution architecture design for SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives.

  • Develop comprehensive data models and system design specifications to facilitate seamless integration with other enterprise systems such as Pegasystems, NoSQL databases, and cloud infrastructure like AWS or Azure.
  • Implement technical solutions that enhance system performance, high availability, load balancing, and disaster recovery capabilities within SAP environments.
  • Collaborate with systems engineering teams to integrate SAP FICO with other core systems using APIs, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.
  • Oversee system administration tasks including configuration management, security protocols such as RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), firewalls, VPNs, and information security measures.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Agile software development practices, DevOps pipelines (CI/CD), and automation tools like Jenkins and Git.
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards for system design, network security, virtualization (VMware), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and operating systems including Linux and Windows.
  • Provide expert guidance on solution architecture design for enterprise-wide financial implementations involving SAP FICO integrated with other ERP modules like Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Support data model design efforts utilizing SQL (T-SQL), PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases to optimize data flow and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing SAP FICO solutions within complex enterprise environments and expert in pre-sales.
