SAP FICO Architect

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance solution design and architecture for implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Act as the SAP FICO Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing functional leadership and strategic guidance to business and technical teams.
• Conduct Fit-to-Standard (FTS), Blueprint, Design Thinking, and Solution Workshops with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
• Design scalable SAP Finance solutions covering General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
• Define enterprise Finance architecture aligned with SAP Best Practices and S/4HANA standard functionality.
• Lead configuration and implementation activities across SAP FICO modules while ensuring compliance with business processes and governance standards.
• Drive integration with MM, SD, Treasury, Banking, Tax, and external applications.
• Review functional specifications (FSDs), RICEFW objects, enhancements, interfaces, and custom developments.
• Collaborate with ABAP, Integration, Basis, Security, and Testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production deployment activities.
• Provide architecture governance, solution reviews, risk assessments, and design approvals.
• Mentor junior consultants and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for project teams and business users.
• Support production issues, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and recommend long-term solution improvements.
• Ensure SAP solutions align with enterprise architecture, security standards, and compliance requirements.
