Job description
As an Interaction Designer, you’ll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products.

Responsibilities
- Drive impactful user experiences that align with the Ads business strategy.
- Partner closely with engineering leads, program managers, and product technology managers to identify and prioritize opportunities for visual and interaction design improvements across multiple product features.
- Advocate user needs by collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to own design solutions and coordinate user research.
- Recommend product and workflow enhancements based on user feedback and business objectives, advocate for UX best practices, and contribute to building a scalable design process and engagement models for internal and external partners.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of conversation design experience in product design or UX design., * 8 years of experience with one or more of the following methods: usability studies, concept tests, benchmarks, diary studies, interviewing consumers (user interviews), field research, surveys.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists and Product Managers throughout the design process, creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes.
- Experience creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes in Figma.
- Experience creating user journey flows (e.g., LucidChart, Visio, etc).
- Lead large programs across an organization with multiple stakeholders who have engaging interest.
