Job description

RBC, Inc. has an immediate position available at Patuxent River, MD for a Data Management/Program Analyst to support a large ACAT I major defense acquisition program within a large NAVAIR program office. The candidate will coordinate with IPTs and prime contractor counterparts to process, review, track, document, and manage contract deliverables/CDRLs and associated program and aircraft technical data. The position requires knowledge of program acquisition/CM, data systems administration, and NAVAIR processes and contracting.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with SMEs to draft DD1423s and input draft DD1423s into AMS CDRL tool and any modifications required post award.
  • Route DD-1423 for signature in AMS CDRL tool
  • Manage DD-1423s in AMS CDRL tools
  • Track schedule of CDRL deliveries
  • Receive CDRL deliveries from vendors
  • Upload deliveries to AMS tool
  • Create delivery review
  • Assign delivery reviewers
  • Route deliverables to team for review
  • Finalize all comments and Disposition reviews
  • Generate and send disposition letters to vendors
  • Reviewing CDRL deliverables for non-technical content (CDRL#, Contract#, distribution statements, etc.)
  • Maintain configuration control of all comments on deliverables
  • Maintain access to digital libraries for stakeholders and reviewers
  • Generate multiple CDRL reports as required
  • Support Data Rights Review Board (DRRB), Work Location: NAS Patuxent River, MD. Hybrid (Remote) working arrangement possible when weekly activity permits. Emergent work requirements may require in-person visits to NAS Patuxent River, MD. Working environment flexibility is critical.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work independently.

This position requires a BS or BA degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant data management experience, or no degree and 7 years of relevant data management experience.

A current SECRET security clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance is required., * Do you have program acquisition/CM, data systems administration, and NAVAIR processes and contracting experience?
