Job description
As a Software Tester, you’ll play an important role in making sure our insurance technology systems work exactly the way they should - before they ever reach a customer. You don’t need to be a programmer. You need to be thorough, communicative, and care about quality.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Test software applications to make sure they meet customer expectations
- Follow test plans and document what you find clearly and accurately
- Identify bugs, flag issues, and re-test fixes to confirm they’re resolved
- Read through specifications and business requirements to guide your testing
- Work alongside a supportive team while also managing your own assignments
- Contribute to testing across billing, claims, workflow, and third-party systems
Requirements
You don’t have to come from a tech background - some of our best team members came from insurance, banking, office administration, and customer service. If you’re organized, analytical, and take pride in your work, you’ll fit right in., * 1+ years working with computers and software in any professional setting
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong attention to detail - you notice things others overlook
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A problem-solving mindset and a desire to keep learning
Bonus points for:
- An Associate’s degree in Technology, Business, Accounting, or a related field
- Any background in the insurance industry
