smooth, timely releases using change sets and DevOps tools * Offer guidance on Salesforce governor limits and leverage a deep understanding of the platform to ensure optimal performance and scalability. * Document technical approach according to functional designs. * Develop technical documentation, including specifications, process diagrams, and data mappings. Experience needed: * Significant business process and Salesforce consulting experience * Deep understanding of Salesforce implementation and customization (5+ years of Salesforce CRM is a must) * Experience implementing or migrating the latest CPQ product - RCA / ARM * Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate processes across disparate systems * Understanding of basic UX principles * Demonstrated experience across multiple Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. Experience Cloud, CPQ and/or FSL expertise are preferred. * Expertise in the Salesforce Lead-to-Order

process, encompassing lead management, opportunity tracking, quoting, and order creation, with strong proficiency in configuring and automating workflows to optimize the entire Lead-to-Order lifecycle. * Understanding of Apex classes, triggers, and scheduled jobs is preferred.
