Job description
Architect, configure, and enhance Salesforce and Zuora CPQ to support quoting, subscription management, and billing. Develop and maintain Apex code, triggers, classes, and Lightning components for advanced customizations. Manage and optimize integrations between Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, and other business systems. Ensure data integrity, system governance, and compliance across platforms. Troubleshoot complex issues, perform testing, and lead release deployments. Recommend and implement workflow and process improvements to drive efficiency.
Requirements
7+ years in business systems and solution architecture. Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud with strong Apex development skills (triggers, classes, test methods, Lightning components). Excellent hands-on experience with Zuora CPQ and SaaS billing models. Experience designing and maintaining quote-to-cash processes in a SaaS environment. Integration experience across Salesforce, Zuora, and related platforms (NetSuite is a plus). Strong communicator, problem-solver, and collaborator with excellent attention to detail.
