Job description

  • Develop and enhance enterprise applications using the Pega Platform.
  • Participate in refinement sessions and Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) workshops.
  • Design and implement Proof of Concepts for new features.
  • Build both front-end and back-end functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and DevOps colleagues.
  • Coach and support fellow developers on technical challenges.
  • Continuously improve application performance and maintainability.
  • Contribute to innovative projects that support large-scale digital transformation.
  • Apply best practices in software engineering and low-code development.
  • Ensure high-quality, scalable and future-proof software solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in ICT, Computer Science or a related field
  • CSSA certification
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Pega System Architect
  • Experience developing with Pega Constellation
  • Experience with Pega Customer Service is considered a strong advantage
  • Experience working with JIRA
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Fluent English (Dutch is a plus but not mandatory)
  • Ability to work collaboratively within Agile / DevOps teams
