Job description
As a HR Systems & Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and development of our integrated HR IT systems. You’ll work closely with HR, Payroll, and L&D teams to ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and provide actionable insights that help drive business decisions., * HR Systems Support: Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for group-wide HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- System Enhancements: Assist with the implementation of new modules, upgrades, and integrations.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the maintenance & data integrity of HR reports
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve system efficiency.
- Project Involvement: Support HR technology projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and rollout.
- User Support & Training: Act as a key contact for HR system users, providing troubleshooting, guidance, and training.
- Compliance: Ensure HR system processes comply with GDPR, company policies, and relevant legislation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with HR, Payroll, L&D, and IT teams to understand and deliver on business needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about HR technology trends, including AI and automation, and suggest relevant improvements., * Impactful Work: Your expertise will directly improve how we manage and deliver HR services across the business.

Please note: This role is focused on HR systems and HR data. Experience with HRIS or HR technology is essential. This is not a data science, software development, or general IT analyst position.
Requirements
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in HR systems and data analysis who is looking to take the next step in their career., * Experience: Previous experience in an HR systems or HRIS role, ideally within a medium or large organisation.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable working with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or similar) and reporting tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Able to interpret data, identify trends, and provide clear insights.
- Problem-Solving: Experience troubleshooting and resolving system or data issues.
- Project Support: Experience supporting HR technology projects.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration: Works well with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: High standards of accuracy and data integrity.
- Interest in Innovation: Keen to learn about emerging HR technologies, including AI tools and automation.
Desirable
- Degree or professional qualification in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with HR data privacy and compliance.
- Experience with process mapping or workflow design.
- Exposure to AI or automation tools in HR.
