Job description
The HR Systems, Data and Reporting Manager will oversee the management and optimisation of HR systems and ensure accurate data reporting to support business objectives. This role within is based in Derbyshire and requires a proactive approach to system maintenance and data analytics.
- Working in a newly built People Systems team (Workday)
- Working for one of the highest rated employers in the Midlands, * Lead the management and development of HR systems to meet operational needs.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system improvements and implement solutions.
- Provide training and support to HR teams on system functionalities and updates.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Analyse HR metrics and generate insightful reports for senior leadership.
- Manage relationships with external system providers to ensure optimal performance.
- Support HR projects by leveraging system capabilities and data insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR systems management within a professional setting.
- Proficient in WORKDAY and other systems withing the HR Architecture
- Strong experience in Data and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Knowledge of HR processes and workflows in a multi site role.
- Familiarity with data protection and compliance regulations.
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder management and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in using HR software and data reporting tools.
