Job description

  • Operative Betreuung und Unterstützung der HR-Systemlandschaft mit Schwerpunkt Workday
  • Erstellung und Analyse von HR-Reports sowie Unterstützung bei Datenmanagement-Themen
  • Mitarbeit in laufenden HRIS- und Payroll-Projekten, insbesondere in der aktuellen Hypercare-Phase
  • Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs relevanter HR-Systeme
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR, HR Controlling und IT

Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich HRIS / HR IT
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Workday
  • Erfahrung im HR-Reporting und Datenanalyse
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von HR-Prozessen
