Tax Technology & Transformation Manager

As a Tax Technology & Transformation Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of technology-driven initiatives that improve tax processes, enhance client service and support business transformation., * Leading the design and development of innovative tax technology solutions and proof-of-concepts.

• Delivering technology and transformation projects from initial concept through to implementation.
• Working with tax specialists and wider business teams to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and data-driven insights.
• Translating business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions.
• Supporting the development of new technology-enabled service offerings.
• Delivering workshops, demonstrations and training sessions to encourage the adoption of new technologies across the business.
• Acting as a trusted adviser on tax technology, providing practical guidance and support to colleagues.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across tax, finance, technology and data teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Contributing to the continuous development of internal systems, processes and digital capabilities.

• Experience delivering technology, automation or transformation projects within a tax, finance or professional services environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical technology solutions.

• Experience working with one or more of the following technologies: *

• Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query)
• Microsoft Fabric
• Microsoft Dataverse
• Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar AI platforms
• Alteryx or comparable automation tools
• An understanding of data management, automation, analytics and emerging technologies.
• Experience with coding or scripting languages such as Python, SQL or DAX would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
