Job description

As our CRM Support Officer, you’ll become a trusted expert for our Dynamics 365 platform, providing day-to-day support, maintaining high-quality data and helping to deliver system improvements that enhance the experience for colleagues across the organisation.

Working closely with business users, Technology teams and external suppliers, you’ll help shape how our CRM evolves, supporting projects, testing new functionality and ensuring changes are delivered smoothly with minimal disruption.

You’ll also play an important role in developing training materials, empowering users to get the most from the system and promoting best practice across our growing CRM community.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing first-class support for our Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
  • Managing user access, licences and security permissions.
  • Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and support system enhancements.
  • Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and recommending solutions before release.
  • Developing guidance, training resources and supporting colleagues to build confidence using CRM.
  • Monitoring and improving CRM data quality through regular audits and reporting.
  • Producing reports and helping users access meaningful business insights through Dynamics 365.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across Finance, Technology, Marketing, Programmes and Communities & Systems Partnerships to deliver continuous improvements.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and making systems work better for everyone.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience supporting or administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or a similar CRM platform).
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to support and train users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as data validation, conditional formatting and duplicate detection.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • An understanding of data quality, GDPR and the importance of maintaining accurate information.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform would be an advantage.
