Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to design, develop, and support our in-house portals and enterprise systems. This role requires strong full-stack expertise, deep experience with Microsoft technologies, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You will play a key role in modernizing, enhancing, and maintaining business-critical applications that support our internal operations.

KEY TASKS

Design, develop, and maintain scalable in-house portals and enterprise systems
Build and support full-stack web applications
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
Design and optimise relational databases (MySQL, PostGres and MS SQL Server)
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems
Participate in architecture decisions and technical planning
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
Ensure performance, security, and reliability best practices are followed
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Provide ongoing production support and system enhancements
Promote the use of AI tools to support development

Requirements

5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong expertise in one of the following: .NET Core, Angular, Go, Java
Strong front-end development experience w
Solid experience with relational databases
Experience using AI to support development
Experience building and consuming REST APIs
Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (Nice-to-Have)

Experience with any of the following .NET MAUI, Java Play Framework
Experience developing or integrating VoIP systems
Experience with microservices architecture and docker
Cloud platform experience (Azure/AWS)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
