AI Native - Software Engineer Senior

As an AI Native - Senior Software Engineer, your mission is both internal and external. Externally, working with clients, you will:

• Design simple, scalable architectures tailored to a variety of situations and requirements using AI-driven approaches
• Proactively bring ideas to your client and teammates, discovering, testing, and adapting the tools and methods best suited to your mission’s context
• Write code following best practices and a software craftsmanship mindset, augmented by AI
• Leverage AI tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Conduct code, accessibility, performance, and security audits, combining your expertise with AI-assisted analysis
• Listen, rephrase, translate ideas into diagrams, and create and facilitate workshops… in short, do whatever it takes to ensure continuous mutual understanding
• Collaborate on the R&D of our ever-evolving Gen-e² methodology with our expert teams
• Stay on top of emerging technologies and AI development practices

As a key member of our team, you’ll bring your software development, application architecture, and problem-solving skills to build rapid prototypes and production-ready solutions. You’ll leverage AI-powered development tools to improve code quality, automate everyday tasks, and accelerate delivery while upholding high engineering standards., * You have 5+ years of software development experience across several of the following technologies: Java, .NET, React, Angular, Swift, Kotlin, etc.;

• You’re technology-agnostic enough to enjoy discovering and implementing other stacks, and you’re open to cross-functional roles when project quality depends on it;
• You’re proactive, curious, and open to other ways of thinking and other career paths;
• You’re proficient with one or more AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Continue, Code Assist, Cursor…) for code generation and problem-solving;
• You understand prompt engineering principles for optimal interaction with AI tools;
• You have critical, analytical thinking to validate and verify AI-generated code and solutions;
• You have a constant drive to learn and stay informed on the fast-moving AI landscape;
• You’re attuned to social, environmental, and Tech For Good considerations and factor them into what you build;
• You speak English (even with a strong French accent ) to connect with peers internationally. Other foreign languages are also appreciated.
