Job description
The QTI Group is seeking a Direct Hire Quality Assurance Technician on 2nd shift to support manufacturing operations by ensuring product quality and reliability. This role maintains quality documentation and uses inspection techniques to verify materials, processes, and products meet company standards and customer specifications. If you have previous experience in a Quality Assurance role with good longevity in your past jobs and solid attendance, you are encouraged to apply today!, * Perform in-process inspections, measurements, and testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain and log first-run samples, retain samples, and quarantine hold areas.
- Oversee rework inspections and audits of reworked material.
- Operate and maintain inspection and testing equipment, including calibration and records.
- Communicate quality issues immediately to leadership and document findings accurately.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel) and ability to learn new programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, and climbing.
