Job description

Responsible for inspecting raw materials, products, and production processes to ensure they meet quality standards. Supports quality audits, investigates quality issues, maintains records, and helps improve manufacturing processes

  • Inspect incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Perform measurements using tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
  • Read blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
  • Monitor quality data and report non-conforming products or processes.
  • Conduct receiving inspections and verify raw materials meet requirements.
  • Assist with internal and external quality audits and quality management systems.
  • Investigate customer complaints, product returns, and production defects to determine root causes.
  • Support corrective and preventive actions to improve quality and reduce defects.
  • Work with engineers, production teams, and managers on continuous improvement projects.
  • Maintain quality databases, reports, and records.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to use measuring tools and quality inspection equipment.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical or vocational training preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a quality-related role preferred.
  • Experience with ISO/QS quality systems is a plus.
