This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, solving problems, helping employees, and building efficient systems. You’ll work directly with the Director of Human Resources and have the opportunity to grow into a larger technology leadership role as the organization expands.

  • Set up employee accounts and technology during onboarding and offboarding
  • Support CareVoyant account creation, access, and troubleshooting
  • Order technology equipment and coordinate with vendors
  • Maintain HIPAA-compliant device security and documentation
  • Assist Human Resources with administrative projects during slower technology periods

Requirements

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience supporting technology, devices, or IT operations
