Desktop Analyst

Do you have experience in Wireless network configuration?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Associate’s degree in computer science/information technology, industry certification (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.), 3 years’ industry experience; or, equivalent combination education, certification and experience

• One+ year experience Windows Server technologies
• At least 3 years of experience supporting Active Directory environments, performing tasks such as group policy changes, network drive management, file share management, and user management.
• 2 years of experience with Microsoft Intune & Autopilot: Deploying Apps, managing Windows and Apple devices in Intune, performing basic functions on Windows endpoints via Microsoft Intune.
• 2+ years of providing network troubleshooting. Must be familiar with the following: IP addresses and subnets, managing static IP addresses and DHCP configurations, MPLS routing, clear understanding of VLANs and network segmentation, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, with emphasis on Fortinet, Aruba, and Meraki platforms.
• 2+ years supporting Microsoft Exchange ( on-prem or cloud)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (including overtime, and weekends), as necessary

Other Desired Skills

• System Imaging
• Previous healthcare IT experience
• Superior analytical and statistical skills
• Knowledge of Meraki and Fortinet equipment and their dashboards
• Familiarity with the installation, configuration, and/or support of Physics Applications and Healthcare EMRs such as: Varian ARIA & Eclipse, Sun Nuclear products, OncoEMR.
